For many, many years Rocky Hill Ranch has been made available to riders by the efforts of volunteers building and maintaining the trails.
Please consider volunteering, it can be rewarding. Use the contact page to let us know if you would like notification about work day announcements.

To provide some context about what the volunteers have done, the recent rework of the loop resulted in creation of nearly 60,000 feet of new trail in a little over two years. Based upon current average trail costs of $5/ft. (if you were to hire a trail crew), RHR volunteers added a quarter million bucks worth of trail to Rocky Hill Ranch over this seemingly short period of time.

VOLUNTEERING:
Those who do 2 hours or more of assigned work on the trails will receive a voucher for Free Day Use at Rocky Hill Ranch for their next visit. Plus, you can ride for free on the workday when you are finished.

Additionally, TMBRA (the mtb race organization) offer their Pay Dirt program, open to members and non-members who are then eligible for a drawing of donated goodies at the end of the race season. TMBRA racers also earn Pay Dirt points toward their race season total.

Use the Contact Us Form to request information on workdays. We will email periodically.

DONATIONS:
We know not everyone can come out to work on the trails. Another way to contribute to Rocky Hill Ranch's trail building and maintenance is via the Volunteers' Venmo account.

Donations will support the volunteer efforts at Rocky Hill Ranch to purchase tools, fuel, materials, refreshments, etc.

Here's the VENMO QR Code if you would like to toss a coin to the trail crew...

BUT, BUT, BUT...

Q) Where does the money go that we pay to ride and camp?

A) The fees collected for day use and camping are used to support the Campgrounds, Showers, Mowing, Electric and Water bills, Maintenance, Repairs, and costs related to operation and improvement of Rocky Hill Ranch.
